Cracking the numbers

When we started with the concept of a cocktailparty in 2007, we never imagined it could get as big as it is today. How big exactly? Well here are some numbers for this upcoming edition of Vestingbar's Cocktailparty XL:
- 35 different kinds of alcohol
- 24 liters of Bacardi
- 50 liters of cranberry juice
- 300 limes
- 7 kilos of sugar
- 3000 straws
- and a huge amount of beer
So if you ever want to organise your own cocktailparty, be aware of what you might get yourself into.
Sneak Peak

One month to go till the next Cocktailparty XL. Preparations for the party are fully under way and at the moment we are finalizing the design. To give you an idea of what is coming, we have a sneak preview with some of the ideas we are working on. The complete design will ofcourse be shown on the 1st of March. :) See you there!
New cocktails and more..

Only 6 short weeks to go and so much to do. But we are right on track to bring you an even bigger and better party than last year!
Last weekend we came up with some new cocktails. These are the best cocktails we have ever made in our view so be sure to check them out! With three new cocktails and the best three cocktails from last year, we have a new line-up with six totally different cocktails. So there should be one for everyone's taste!
We are also kicking our promotion activities in higher gear. The coming weeks you will find posters and flyers of Cocktailparty XL all over campus. We want everybody to know that there is this amazing (free!) party coming up!
For now we are working out the details of lightning and construction. We have got some amazing ideas but we are keeping them a little bit secret. We hope you will appreciate it when you see it on Tuesday March 1st!
